The first time I wore this it was quite warm and I had the sleeves rolled up. I loved the way the dress, worn as a coat had “swing”. The second time I wore the dress I tried to button up the sleeves and had some problems with the left cuff. Then I realised that the cuff was the wrong way round - the dress had two right sleeves. I returned the dress to the Norwich shop and was given a replacement. Things like this do happen with home dressmaking but it should have been checked before being released to a shop. I have worn the dress again and I love it.
