I was very disappointed to hear that the message I had sent with the gift card did not accompany the card. It was my friend's 70th so I wanted to surprise her with the gift card and accompanying message. Despite filling in the relevant message box and also the printed email copy confirming my message, it did not arrive with the e-card. My friend thought it must be a mistake and had to ring Head Office to find that I was the sender only through my email address minus the personal message!

As soon as you raised it, our team investigated the issue and managed to resolve it within 24 hours.
