Bernice Linen Shirt

I really like the pretty embroidery englaise around the sleeve cuffs. The shirt feels very feminine and has an old fashioned romantic feel about it. I wear it open with camisole underneath or buttoned, alone. Looks good with jeans or a skirt and dresses up z sleeveless dress. Very versatile. Quite a heavy weight linen, so doesn't crease too easily. A good purchase.

Understated details make this a sophisticated yet versatile classic that looks elegant worn with a skirt or trousers but works equally well dressed down with jeans or even shorts. The deep v cutaway neckline is perfect if, like me, you generally avoid wearing pure white close to your face. French sizing converted to my equivalent UK size delivered a perfect fit - shoulder seams being key. For me, the jury’s long been out on whether every woman needs a white shirt in her wardrobe. This, at last, is the one for me.
