    Customer service . . . . At last a shop that understands

    At 76 and with a tubby middle, I never hoped to look - well, certainly respectable if not eye-catching but this gorgeous bright blue dress fits perfectly and allows for my strange expanded middle! Sally from the Bury St Edmunds branch was top class - I had absolutely no intention of buying a dress when I entered the store but somehow she weedled her way round me and once I had this dress on, I was never going to leave without it. Amazing customer service thank you so much.
