UK Standard Delivery £4.95

The option for Standard Delivery costs £4.95 per order, no matter how many parcels we send.

Please allow up to 3-5 working days for your goods to arrive. We use DPD to send all of our UK parcels, please note that all parcels will require a signature upon delivery. Deliveries can occur at any time between 7.30am – 7.30pm so we recommend listing a secure delivery address where someone is available to sign for your parcel. Please note that during busy periods, such as Christmas, DPD offer extended delivery times and parcels may reach you until 9pm in the evening.

 

UK Express Delivery - Next Working Day £9.95

The option for UK Express Delivery costs £9.95 per order, no matter how many parcels we send.

Express delivery is the quickest delivery option available for residents of the UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man. All orders must be placed before 2pm, Monday Thursday to ensure that they arrive on the next nominated working day. All Next Day deliveries are made via DPD and will require a signature upon delivery.

Please note deliveries will occur within a one hour time slot on the day of delivery, any time between the hours of 9am – 6pm. We recommend that you ensure goods are sent to a secure delivery address where someone is available to sign for your parcel. DPD do offer the option to leave your parcel with a neighbour or rearrange your delivery date if required.

Sahara is unable to offer a next day delivery service to the following UK postcodes; G83, TR21, TR22, TR23, TR24, TR25, AB30, AB31, AB32, AB33, AB34, AB35, AB36, AB37, AB38, AB 44-56, K8, IV, IM, HS, GY9, KW, PA, PH.

Please note that all orders placed on a Friday afternoon, during the weekend or on a Bank Holiday will not be processed until the following working day. For example; if you place your order on a Friday afternoon or over the weekend, your order will not be processed until the following Monday, for delivery on Tuesday.

 

UK Saturday Delivery 

We currently do not offer a Saturday delivery service – however if you do have a request for Saturday delivery then please contact a member of our Customer Care team for more information. Europe - £15.00

All deliveries to Europe will be sent via courier and a signature will be required upon delivery. Delivery times are approximate, but your delivery should reach you within 3-10 working days.

Delivery to the Rest of the World - £12- £25

All international deliveries will be sent via courier and a signature will be required upon delivery. Delivery times are approximate, but your delivery should reach you within 5-10 working days.

Duty and Customs

Sahara operates on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. If your order is being delivered outside of the European Union, local import duty and local taxes may be applicable. Such import duties may impose a delay in your goods clearing customs, of which Sahara has no control. Sahara is not financially responsible for any local import duties and taxes imposed on your goods.

Any local duty/taxes/customs fees imposed are payable locally by the purchaser. The purchaser is responsible for providing any information required by Customs & Excise to ensure the goods are cleared.

Please note Sahara is unable to refund any duty paid on items returned to us either due to fault or unsuitability as this is a contract between the purchaser and their own countries Custom & Excise. If you are unsure of whether to expect to pay duty on goods shipped to your country from the UK, please contact your local Customs & Excise office who will be able to advise you further.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

DPD delivers between the hours of 7.30am - 7.30pm Monday to Friday. Unfortunately, we cannot provide an exact time slot, so we recommend that you choose an address where someone will be available to sign for the parcel during these hours. Please refer to the Delivery section above for further information on your country's expected delivery time frame and pricing.

 

What payment options do you accept?

We accept any of the following payment options on our website:

  • Visa Debit, Visa Electron and Mastercard Debit Cards

 

When will I receive my order confirmation email?

Once you have completed the payment stage at the checkout, an order confirmation email will be sent to you immediately. If this has not appeared in your inbox, we recommend that you check your spam/junk folder. How can I cancel an order?

If you place an order between Monday to Friday and you no longer wish to continue with your purchase, please notify our Customer Care team on +44(0)2074838435 or email us at [email protected] within 1 hour from the time of ordering.

 

How do I return my order and when can I expect to receive my refund?

We hope that you will be completely happy with your Sahara purchase. However, if for any reason you need to return it back to us, please do so within 14 days from the date of receipt - ensuring that the item(s) are unworn with the tags still attached. Please complete the return slip and include it within the parcel to prevent any delays with the processing of your refund.

We aim to process all returns within 7 working days of receipt. However, please note that it can take up to 14 working days for the sum to be credited to your account, dependent on your bank.

The item I want is sold out, will it be coming back?

Please note that we produce relatively small quantities, allowing us to maintain quality of design and exclusivity of our fabrics. However, as with many of our pieces, due to popular demand sizes can often become unavailable. Online Returns

We hope that you are happy with the items that you have purchased from Sahara. However, we do understand that you may wish to return your items for a refund if they are not suitable.

If bought online, items may be returned to us by post or returned to one of our fourteen boutiques. Both full price and sale items may be refunded.

Sahara online offers a no-quibble 14 day returns policy on full price and sale items. Items received after the time periods stated will not be eligible for a refund unless items are found to be faulty. Please note that we do not offer an exchange policy online on any item(s). Should you wish to order another item or size, we advise that you place a new order online or contact our Customer Care team on +44(0)20 7483 8435.

We aim to process returns within 7 working days of receipt. However, please note that it can take up to 14 working days for sums to be credited to your account and this is entirely dependent on your bank provider. 

Unfortunately we do not offer free returns, therefore the cost of the return is the customer's responsibility. Please be sure to obtain a proof of postage when returning items to us. We cannot be held responsible for items that fail to reach us.

Returns may be made by post to the above address supplied, or brought into any of our Sahara boutiques, where the goods will be returned on your behalf free of charge. Please note that this does not include any concessions or independent Sahara stockists.

Goods must be returned unworn with tags still attached and in their original packaging. Unsuitable goods that are returned in an unusable condition will not be eligible for return, and will be returned to the purchaser. We recommend that goods are either sent back in their original packaging or in a protective jiffy bag, available from most local Post Offices.

Any returned shoes must be unworn and in their original packaging. When trying on shoes at home for fit purposes please make sure you are standing on a soft surface that will not mark or scuff the sole. Note that we are unable to accept any scuffed or damaged shoes that we consider to have been worn.

Please note that earrings and items of a personal nature, such as swimwear and underwear, cannot be refunded unless found to be faulty.

You will find a Returns Note with your goods. Please make sure that you include a completed Returns Note with the items you wish to return so that we can forward your comments to our design team, who are always keen to receive feedback from our customers.

Store Returns

If bought in store, please return your items to any Sahara boutique in their original condition with their tags attached, accompanied by a valid receipt. Full price items will be refunded and sale items may be exchanged or a credit note issued. If you are purchasing a gift in one of our boutiques, please let us know. Gift receipts are available, please ask a member of the team.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

New Collections

Full price items can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. An exchange or credit note will be offered for items returned within 28 days of purchase.

Sale Items

If your sale item is unsuitable, we will provide an exchange or credit note within 7 days of purchase. We regret that we are unable to offer refunds on sale items purchased in store.

All returns must be in their original condition with tags attached and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Faulty Items

Sahara rarely receives returns due to faulty items. However, very occasionally faults do occur. If you suspect your item may be faulty within 1 year from the purchase date, please get in touch with our Customer Care team and they will be able to assist you further. 

Should we find that your item is faulty, we will offer you a full refund inclusive of outbound and return postage costs. We aim to process returns within 7 working days of receipt of your item(s), however please note that refunds can take up to 14 working days for sums to be credited to your account. Please note that items damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty and will be returned to the purchaser.

Will you refund my postage costs?

Postage costs will only be refunded where goods are found to be faulty. Please note that any local customs or duty charges paid by the purchaser cannot be refunded by Sahara, as this is a contract between you and your own country's Customs & Excise. We cannot be responsible for packages that fail to reach us. Free certificates of postage are available from the Post Office.
